Host your fundraiser at the Log Cabin

Catering

Feel free to bring in your own catering. Whether you want full service catering, pot luck or a food truck. The food is completely up to you. Check out our Preferred Vendor List list for some recommendations.

Alcohol

Our Dugout Bar will provide you with alcohol at reasonable rates. You cannot bring in your own alcohol. Please consult with our Events Manager to find the perfect option for your occasion and tailored to your budget.

Tickets

The American Legion Post 179 is a non-profit venue. You may pre-sell tickets but you cannot sell tickets at the door of the Cabin.

Equipment

We provide you with enough tables and chairs to have a 115 person event. You will need to rent linens, glassware, dishes.

Fundraiser Pricing

Included:

Hours: Our events are contracted for eight hours including an hour for set up and an hour for cleanup

Commercial Kitchen (fridge, ovens, stove, sinks, microwave)

Fireplace ( Only on burn days)

Twinkle lights

Not included:

Food, catering, tabletop items, such as linens, glasses, dishes, audio/visual, music, staff, alcohol.


With proof of 501c3 status for your proceeds, we are pleased to offer you a 20% discount on our rentals

You must identify the 501c3 you plan to give your proceeds to

Plus a $500.00 fully refundable security cleaning deposit

Possible additional fees from us:

  • Set up & clean up based on guest count

  • Any Bar fees, including cost of drinks, bartender and gratuity. Our Events Manager will set this up with you (A separate beverage agreement will be required).

  • Overtime
